Taruna Ganapati, "the Youthful", is brilliant red. In his Eight arms, he holds His broken tusk,
goad and noose, modaka, rose apple, sprig of paddy, sugarcane stalk and a wood apple.

Bhakti Ganapati, "Dear to Devotees", is the color of a full moon during harvest season and
garlanded with flowers. He holds a banana, coconut, mango and a bowl of sweet payasa pudding.

Vira Ganapati, the "Valiant Warrior", is red in color. In His 16 arms, he holds many
weapons, such as a bow and arrow, battleaxe, chakra, discus, gada, goad, mace, noose, shield,
spear, sword, trident, pickaxe, snake and a banner.

Shakti Ganapati, " Powerful", guards the householder. He is a orange-red color,
the color of the setting sun. He is seated with a green colored shaktis
on His knee. In His four arms, He holds a garland of flowers, goad and noose and bestows
blessings with the abhaya mudra.

Four-headed, Dvija Ganapati, " Twice-born," is the color of the moon. He holds
a goad and noose, kamandalu (water vessel), mala beads, staff, and book of ola leaf scriptures.

Ucchhishta Ganapati, the "Lord of Blessed Offerings" is blue in color.
He is the guardian of culture. In his six arms, he holds a blue lotus blossom, mala beads,

Kshipra Ganapati, the "Quick-acting" giver of boons. He is red in color
and handsome. He holds His broken tusk, goad and noose, and a twig of the kalpavriksha
(wish-fulfilling) tree. In His uplifted trunk He holds a tiny pot of precious jewels.

Five-faced, Heramba Ganapati, the "Protector of the Weak," is white
in color. He rides upon a lion. He holds an axe, broken tusk, fruit, hammer, garland
of flowers, mala beads, modaka, and noose. He is gesturing the murda of protection
and blessing.

Lakshmi Ganapati, the "giver of success", is pure white. He sits with
two shaktis, Wisdom and Achievement. He holds a goad and noose, kamandalu
(water vessel), pomegranate, sword, twig of kalpavriksha and a green parrot. He is gesturing the
varada mudra.
